    ·         Refine and self-edit designs into solutions that successfully integrate the visual design, brand, and information architecture.
    ·         Create inspirational and compelling content employing both static and animated solutions using Flash, CSS, AJAX, DHTML and other client-side design and technology solutions.
    ·         Present and defend ideas, concepts and designs with all stakeholders. Leverage empirical data to support point of view.
    ·         Define content organization, nomenclature and navigation systems for web sites to maximize user experience and overall site effectiveness.
    ·         Conduct task analyses to facilitate efficiency of operation and establish/track performance metrics.
    ·         Conduct heuristic evaluations.

    Desired Qualifications
    :

    3+ years of industry experience with visual problem solving as a product designer (5+ years = lead UX designer)
    . Degree in Interactive Design or related visual field
    . BS/BA (Master's preferred) degree in Design, Human Factors, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (for lead)
    . Proven record of delivering innovative solutions on time for demanding and complex visual problems.
    . Exceptional understanding of fundamental design principles (typography, layout, grid systems, hierarchy, color, composition).

    Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of industry experience conducting user research and effectively arguing for tangible improvements to the user experience based on the research results
    • Experience using standard user research techniques at various stages of the development process (e.g., lab usability studies, heuristic evaluations, surveys)

    - Must possess a solid working experience with appropriate design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, InDesign, Visio, etc.
    - Should have experience with international and localization design considerations

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    - Employ user centered design practices and principles to create world-class, brand-leading experiences
    - Working closely with a cross-functional team to assess product requirements, the designer will create UI models, user task and interaction flows, screen designs, user-interface interaction details that promote ease of use and optimize the user experience for various online products
    - The designer will organize these design details into a complete user interface design specification that will be used as a blueprint for development
    - This person will partner with user research team members to better understand the user, test the usability of features and conceptual designs
